You have heard it said, “If you continue to do the same thing and expect a different result must be insane”.
Therefore, the first thing I suggest is to “STOP IT”. Stop for a moment, even if it’s a pause. Now of course this is not always as easy as it sounds. If you can’t just “stop it”, then what should you do? The video gives a clue as to a technique to help. There is a reason you have such a mindset that causes you to automatically continue doing the same things, even when you want to do something different.
